FilmoreAI operates as B2B software serving construction equipment dealer organizations. This policy governs how we communicate with dealer sales representatives via SMS and voice calls.

Communication Channels

  • SMS messages — text alerts delivered to the rep's work mobile number
  • Voice calls — using the FilmoreAI voice agent, which may use an automated or artificial voice and may be recorded

Consent Methods

We support three equally valid enrollment approaches:

  1. Verbal consent — A manager reads a standardized script to the rep and records their response in the admin console.
  2. Digital click-through — Reps complete an enrollment screen presenting disclosures and check a consent box to confirm.
  3. Recorded voice consent — Reps confirm enrollment during a recorded call with the FilmoreAI voice agent.

  • Sending numbers — operate in three configurations: shared pool (current default), per-dealer dedicated, or per-rep dedicated
  • Confirmation — SMS is sent immediately after enrollment
  • Opt-out — Reps can opt out via SMS keywords like "STOP" or voice commands like "remove me"
  • Typical volume — three to ten SMS daily; a few voice calls weekly
  • Privacy — FilmoreAI does not share numbers with third parties or use them for marketing
